Easy tuna fish appetizers

ingredients:
A can imported olive oil packed Tuna (6 ounce)1
Small onion quartered…………………………….1
Garlic cloves finely chopped grilled……………..2
Tablespoon lemon juice………………………….1
Hard boiled eggs shelled…………………………2
Salt and pepper…………………………….to taste
Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce…………………1
Cup of mayonnaise………………………………1

Garnish:
Cup (1/4) of pickled baby cucumbers
Fresh curly-leaf parsley
Hard-boiled eggs sliced
Appetizers

Directions:
Process all ingredients 2 minutes,(except garnish) taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill at last 6 hours or sit for a day to let flavors combine. Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with baby sliced cucumbers, egg slices and parsley.
Serve with wheat crackers, pretzel crisps, bread sticks, Melba Toast or thin slices baguette
