10 French breads
1 litre of milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
200 grs. Chopped cashews
Coriander, salt and pepper to taste
1 kg of small shrimp (cleaned)
1 medium onion
Palm oil (small bottle)
Way of doing
Place the bread to soak in milk and then beat them in the blender. Saute the onion with the shrimp and add the cream.
Low heat, if it starts to dry add more milk.
Place the rest of the ingredients stirring constantly.
Finally place the palm oil for staining.
Serve with white rice.
